    Custom Rugs and Personalized Products

    Due to the personalized nature of custom rugs, DTF-printed clothing, and other customized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Each product is uniquely designed and produced according to your specific requests, and as such, cannot be resold or reused.

    Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products

    If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please follow these steps:

    • Contact Us: Email us at contactus@uniqueucustomdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Include: Your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue.
    • Resolution: We will review your claim and offer a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation.

    Stock Rugs

    For rugs purchased from our in-stock selection (non-customized), we accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item must be unused and in original condition.
    • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
    • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
